stupid checkers

I'm in line at a store and they added a checker, so now two checkers are taking people from one line. So the other line is going really slow. Why wouldn't you stagger it so you don't piss everyone in the lines off?

Dream Fairness

I hate when my dreams are so messed up that they stay with me through the day. Another thing is that I never have really pleasant dreams. They very on crazy but, sometimes I'm in a war or in a town that's being attacked by zhombie like creatures. But I never have like the opposite side where I'm so happy and amazing things are happening to me. That doesn't seem fair.

Meditation is so healthy for you and when you are doing it,, it feels so good and afterwards you feel great. But, actually sitting down to do it is so hard for some reason. I always mean to do it and never get around to doing it. Very annoying.

I'm a little worried about working until 1 am on Wednesdays now that I'm going to be going to school. On Thursdays I have to be at school at 10 the next morning. I'll see how it goes for a little while but then I'm going to have to say I can't do shipment.

I wish there was nap time at work. If you work a certain number of hours you get to lay down for a half hour. I would be so much better! Mine would have to be right after lunch because every time I eat I get EXTREMELY tired. When I'm up for the day and I eat breakfast it makes me want to go back to sleep. My metabolism is lazy I guess.

During a work meeting my manager said "well that's it", so I thought the meeting was over. Then a HUGE packet was handed out to go over!!! She said, O.K. who wants to read paragraph 1? And totally by accident I let out this huge sigh! I was so mad! She actually asked who was that who sighed? And I quickly covered by saying I didn't want to read aloud. Oops!

Has Everyone Lost Their Damn Minds?!

So in two totally separate instances at work today, someone dropped a fragrance tester on the ground and broke it. Instead of apologizing or God forbid asking if they owe anything, they complained about something. The first girl asked for a tissue because "it got all over me". The second complained that it dropped on his foot. Oh well!!!!
Another situation illustrates the things people expect and are owed to them. This woman said that she bought a product and lost it the very next day. She asked if there was any way to get another one for free. Have you lost your damn mind lady? Has everyone just lost their damn minds?!

My manager told me that I can't have satudays off for school after I already signed up and got a loan. She just told me even though she had the info for 5 days (before I got the loan). She says I will have to go down to part time. Which means I will hardly get any hours. I'm going above her head and talking to the district manager on this one because this is a dibacle. Thanks a lot. Shitty shitty people!

I cannot believe that the girls who were arrested for breaking into all of the celebrities homes and stealing all their clothes are now getting a reality show. Who is coming up with these reality show candidates?! We are going to go too far eventually with these shows and give OJ Simpson a reality show. Actually come to think of it, it wouldn't even suprise me. And people would TOTALLY watch it to. He could have a looking for love show on VH1. This is getting crazy.

Oh No, You Didn't Get Me Sick

I got a cold the day after my manager who was sick and I had a 2 hour one on one meeting together. So today she says, I hope you don't think I got you sick... because I have bronchitus and it's not contageous. Um... yes, yes it is contageous. Thanks for that bit of confidence about your intelligence though.

My Problems With Mannequins

What is the purpose of mannequins having nipples? Women wear bras to try and conceal them, so why are they flaunting them? Also, what's with the mannequins with the terrible posture? The slouched shoulders and their arms dangeling down like an ogre! Not attractive!

Waiting is not fun. Can you think of anything that you want that you would prefer to wait for than to get right away?

Asians

Asian women who shop at my work are interesting. They won't say hi to you, they speak so softly that you have to ask what about a million times and they will make you stand there while they take forever to decide on a product. Very weird. Oh well.

My Cat Needs To Pay Rent

I wish I was a cat so that I could sleep all day and it would be totally exceptable and normal. I always get jealous of my cat when she looks so comfortable and I am getting ready for work! My cat's going to have to start contributing to rent since she spends more time there than my boyfriend and I do.
