Only In LA or probably NY

I was standing at the bus stop and this guy walks up and stands two feet away from me and is looking straight at me and is rapping or something AT me but no sound was coming out of his mouth at all! It went on for like Five minutes without breaking his stare and I just had to try and keep from laughing. It was the funniest thing ever.
